Connect papers with their underlying data.

From literature to research data

Find literature

Start with PubMed, Europe PMC or bioRxiv. Distinguish preprints from peer-reviewed papers and record the study system, methods and data sources.

Choose by data type

Find raw sequencing data through SRA, ENA or GSA under Genes & sequences. Expression, single-cell and proteomics resources are grouped under Omics data & analysis.

Keep a traceable record

Record paper identifiers, dataset accessions, resource versions and access dates. Check species, sample types, experimental conditions, licenses and access requirements before downloading.
